Recently, the special plan for Linyi underground comprehensive pipe gallery was released. By 2030, the total length of underground comprehensive pipe gallery planned to be built in the central urban area is 233.8km, including 112.3km for trunk line, 56.2km for branch line and 65.3km for cable.

    The planning scope includes Lanshan district (including Beicheng New Area), Luozhuang District, Hedong District, economic development zone, high tech Zone, etc. North to north outer ring road (Changshen expressway connecting line), east to East Outer Ring Road (Chengmei Road), South to South Outer Ring Road, West to West Outer Ring Road (quanchong Road). The planning area is about 1050 square kilometers.

    Priority shall be given to new city, new area and old city reconstruction area in the construction of underground comprehensive pipe gallery. The key construction areas of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery include: Beicheng phase II, western new city, railway station area, high tech Zone, Dongcheng new area, economic and Technological Development Zone, Airport Economic Zone, high-speed rail area, etc.

    Among them, roads with integrated pipe gallery of trunk line and branch line are planned, and power (220kV, 110KV, 10kV), communication, water supply, reclaimed water, heat and other pipelines enter the gallery; when gas and drainage pipelines have access conditions, they should enter the gallery as much as possible. It is planned to build a road with cable duct corridor, and power (220kV, 110KV, 10kV) and communication pipelines will enter the corridor.

    According to the key construction area of the comprehensive pipe gallery, seven comprehensive pipe gallery monitoring centers are planned in the central urban area, among which the monitoring center located in the second phase of Beicheng is the municipal general monitoring center. The supporting vent, hoisting port, escape port, pipeline branch port, personnel access port and other facilities of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery shall be implemented simultaneously with the comprehensive pipe gallery and coordinated with the surrounding environment.
