    In the industry and electric power industry, the normal operation of electrical equipment ensures the normal operation of society and the normal life of people, so the reliability of equipment is very important. Many enterprises advocate preventive maintenance of equipment, and temperature is the most important monitoring parameter in preventive maintenance. Too high or too low temperature means the possibility of failure. Temperature on-line monitoring is an important means to ensure the safe operation of high-voltage equipment.


   The traditional temperature measurement method has the advantages of long period, complex construction, low efficiency, and inconvenient management, which requires a lot of manpower and physical troubleshooting and re laying of cables in case of failure. However, many temperature measurement methods can not achieve the measurement work because of scattered monitoring points, closed environment or high voltage in specific occasions.


    Dt1000 wireless temperature monitoring and early warning system is a high-tech product integrating advanced sensor technology, digital identification technology, wireless communication technology, low power consumption technology, anti-interference technology and automatic control technology. It is composed of wireless temperature display instrument, wireless temperature sensor and background management system. It can realize on-site, remote and on-line monitoring and early warning of the temperature change of the equipment under a variety of adverse environmental conditions, so as to facilitate the maintenance personnel to master the operation status of the equipment in a comprehensive and timely manner. It is applied to all kinds of contacts and connection points of electrical equipment, such as bus joint, cable joint, outdoor switch contact, transformer and motor lead joint. The system can display the distribution of the whole temperature field in the form of electronic map, and can clearly find the abnormal temperature points and determine the hidden trouble. Take measures in advance to avoid accidents.



Advantages of the system:

    Dt1000 wireless temperature measurement system is specially designed for the real-time monitoring of the operating temperature of the high-voltage electrified body. The system adopts the advanced ZigBee networking technology design to realize the remote telemetry of the high-voltage electrified body temperature. The product has good sealing performance and can be used safely indoors and outdoors. The system has the advantages of low power consumption, equipotential measurement, wireless data transmission, high precision, fast response speed, flexible operation and convenient networking.

、 Direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) has stronger anti-interference ability.
