At the symposium, the leaders from Neusoft medical, Sansheng pharmaceutical, brilliance Renault Jinbei, Xinsong medical technology, Maisi medical technology, Shangbo Zhixiang technology, Huayan electronics, Danone electric, Tianyan Zhiyun, Dongtai information technology, etc. gave speeches successively, respectively introducing the supply chain system, production capacity and export capacity of the enterprise, and put forward suggestions on product export 。 Jiang Youwei had in-depth exchanges with the participants, and asked the relevant government departments to immediately connect with the enterprises and coordinate to solve the problems of obtaining preferential loans and self export rights of some enterprises.

Jiang Youwei pointed out that with the spread of foreign epidemic situation, the global epidemic prevention and control situation is more severe and complex. Relevant departments and units should study and judge the trends, grasp the direction, find the focus of work, and expand the export of epidemic prevention materials.

      Jiang Youwei stressed that first, we should accelerate the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing in Shenyang. We should work hard on digitalization, cloud service, intelligent manufacturing and lean management, reduce production cost, improve product quality, form a strong technology and management system, and achieve low cost, high efficiency and zero error. Second, we need to accelerate the "turn around and out" of manufacturing in Shenyang. Aim at the global market, find the right position, and make full preparations for overseas sales, such as technical standards, qualification certification, foreign patent acquisition, etc.; give full play to the role of industrial alliance, strengthen division of labor and cooperation, joint research and development, joint experiment, joint operation, and revenue sharing, so as to form a competitive advantage; pay attention to effectively prevent risks, improve policies and measures, and encourage enterprises to expand exports. Third, we need to accelerate the promotion of manufacturing in Shenyang to contribute to the global epidemic prevention. We should publicize the hard core power of Shenyang manufacturing, compile the list of Shenyang products and overseas distribution and service agencies, send recommendation letters to overseas agencies, expand export channels, strengthen foreign trade agency services, organize docking, open up overseas markets, and ensure the supply chain.

Jiang Youwei also asked relevant departments to set up a special class for the export of epidemic prevention materials, set up a hotline to provide enterprises with all-round services such as policy consultation and organization connection, so as to fully release the manufacturing potential of Shenyang and develop a diversified international market.
