All kinds of oil and gas products stored in oil / gas tanks are generally volatile, flammable and explosive. Once a fire occurs, it will cause great losses. The oil depot fire detection system with dt400 series "distributed optical fiber temperature sensing fire detector" as the main component can continuously measure the distributed temperature around the oil tank, completely without electricity detection, intrinsically safe and explosion-proof. Install the temperature sensing optical fiber to the joint of the inner wall of the floating roof oil tank or the outer surface of the oil tank. Once the temperature of the oil tank exceeds the set value, the optical fiber system will immediately send out an alarm signal.

Advantages of the system:

    For the monitoring of oil tank fire, Danone Electric has developed a ring monitoring system, which abandons the defect that the optical cable can not be normally monitored after the breakpoint of optical fiber system under the single end measurement mode. In the ring monitoring system, both ends of each optical cable are respectively connected to two different ports of the optical fiber host, and the two ports take turns to detect the optical cable. When the optical cable breaks, the system can still detect the whole optical cable from both ends of the optical cable, so as to improve the system reliability.
